Datelyra Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies specifically to the Datelyra application. It does not automatically apply to every FOLLUMEE SOFT product or the follumee.com website.

FOLLUMEE SOFT ("we", "us") provides Datelyra: Calendar & Reminder ("Datelyra" or the "app"). This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app, including its optional rewarded ads and one-time Pro purchase. Contact us at support@follumee.com with privacy questions.
Information you enter
Datelyra lets you enter events, dates, times, descriptions, locations, categories, checklists, and preferences. This content is stored in the app's local database on your device for its calendar, reminder, and sharing functions. We do not operate an account or a server that automatically receives the contents of your events. Notifications use event information on your device to remind you at the selected time.
When you choose to export, save, copy, or share an event, the selected image or text is made available to the destination you choose, such as your gallery or another app. Review the preview and destination before sharing. The privacy practices of a receiving app or service are governed by its own policy.
Ads and Pro purchases
Datelyra includes the Google Mobile Ads SDK for optional rewarded ads. During Closed Testing, the app uses Google's test ad identifiers. The SDK may nevertheless process information such as your IP address, interactions with the app or ads, diagnostic information, and device or advertising identifiers, for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention. The availability of an ad can depend on your device, connection, region, and Google services. A completed rewarded ad may unlock Pro features for 24 hours; the app stores the entitlement and its expiry on your device.
Google Play handles the optional one-time Pro purchase and payment. We do not receive your payment card number. The app receives purchase status and related transaction identifiers from Google Play to activate or restore Pro access and may store entitlement information locally. Google's handling of payments and ad data is described in the Google Privacy Policy and Google's applicable service terms.
Permissions and device access
Depending on your device and the feature you use, Datelyra may request notification permission for reminders and access needed to save an exported image. You can manage permissions in your device settings. Ads and purchase verification require an internet connection; ordinary event entry and viewing are designed to work with locally stored data.
Retention, deletion, and security
Event data and settings remain on your device until you delete them in the app or clear the app's data. Uninstalling the app normally removes its local data, although copies that you exported or shared, and any backups managed by your device or another service, may remain under your control or that service's terms. We cannot access or delete event content held only on your device. To ask about information you sent us through a support inquiry, contact support@follumee.com; we keep support correspondence only as needed to respond and meet applicable obligations.
The app relies on Android's app storage protections for local data and the security controls of Google services for ads and payments. No storage or transmission method is completely risk-free. We do not sell the event content you enter.
Your choices and rights
You can edit or delete events, choose whether to export or share them, manage app permissions and advertising preferences in your device settings, and choose whether to watch an optional rewarded ad or make a purchase. For privacy inquiries or applicable data rights relating to information we hold, email support@follumee.com. We may need enough information to identify your inquiry; we cannot retrieve event content that remains only on your device.
Changes
We may update this policy when app features, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when we publish a revised version. The current version will be available through the app and on follumee.com.
